B&J Seeking Civil Engineer - Project Manager Los Angeles
We are recruiting for a Project Manager to lead a group in our Los Angeles office. The Project Manager will be responsible for the management and coordination of projects to both private and public sector projects. Generally, the Civil scope includes rough/precise grading & drainage, hydrology, stormwater treatment, and civil site utilities. As Project Manager, you will lead a team of Project Engineers and Design Engineers with all phases of projects from conception to construction administration and close-out. We are seeking individuals who have strong leadership skills, are highly motivated, and are able to work independently as well as with a team.
Preferable Experience:
Land Development
Rough/Precise Grading & Drainage Design
Stormwater Treatment (Low Impact Development / Water Quality Management Plans) & Hydrology
Domestic Water / Fire Water Design
Sanitary Sewer / Sewer Area Study Design
SWPPP / Erosion Control
Design Team Coordination
Local Jurisdictional Agency Permitting
Construction Administration
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience
Client / Service-oriented attitude
Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal teams
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
Civil PE License in California
Expertise and familiarity with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D
DSA Experience
