As the first "Post-Modern" commercial office building constructed in DTLA, this tower is steel and concrete with a curved granite and glass façade. Features of the 21-story-tall building include a 34-ft-tall gate house, a 17-foot-tall, vaulted marble lobby, a street level pedestrian plaza, and underground parking.) South Hope was the last office building constructed in DTLA until Wilshire Grand in 2013. This high rise constructed of steel, glass, and granite features expansive views from each floor, a two-story lobby, a first floor garden terrace, and six levels of subterranean parking.
