Allan Lumidao has 16 years of hands-on experience in Civil Engineering related to the planning, design, management, and construction of parks and recreation centers, municipal, institutional, commercial, airport, healthcare, residential, mixed-use, and educational facilities. 

He has prepared engineering construction documents and performed civil construction assistance. Allan is familiar with design issues for site development, parking, ADA requirements, drainage, grading, storm water management (LID, SUSMP and SWPPP), site sustainable design (LEEDS and CHPS), rigid and flexible pavements, underground utilities (water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer), hydraulics & hydrology and sewer area study, offsite improvements, and B-Permits.
