Structural and civil engineering services for a new community center located on an 8-acre site on the northeast corner of Soledad Canyon Road and Sierra Highway in Santa Clarita. The project converted 6 acres of former federal FEMA flood channels into much needed green space and community facilities. The community center contains a full gymnasium, four multipurpose rooms, locker rooms, classrooms, and a kitchen for catered events.
