Design/build renovation of existing Building 11, including a voluntary seismic retrofit for wall anchorage of the concrete walls to the wood diaphragm, reworking and renovating interior spaces, upgrading the MEP systems. This facility houses computer labs, audio-visual/IT systems, wet science labs, new lecture halls, and adjunct faculty workspaces.
